I have just successfully completed the conveyancing of my property with the wonderful services of Fraser Paskell and his extremely courteous and efficient assistant Alix. From the moment I met Fraser I knew I was in good hands; his initial attention to detail was noticeable and he spoke me through the process and began the work almost immediately. The sale of my property was complicated (not helped by the fact that I was overseas for the duration) and certainly not helped by uncooperative Estate Agents and other parties. Fraser, remained so calm throughout, has an excellent, dry sense of humour and kept me informed all the way. One of the best things about Fraser and Alix is that they actually respond to emails - in most cases almost immediately. This really helped me and made our side of the process an absolute pleasure (with a few laughs along the way). Fraser's knowledge of this area of law is second to none and he always managed to clear things up or find a different solution. I feel as if I made a friend when working with Fraser and, thanks to this, I can see a long relationship with Churchgates in the future through using their other services.
