    Had a fantastic experience with Bates Wells & Braithwaite who represented me on the purchase of my house as a first time buyer. Both Benn and Tomasz were incredibly patient with the many questions I had as someone who had not gone through this process before; communication was quick and the updates throughout the process were very much appreciated. The receptionists were also very helpful when I phoned them a couple of times in a panic about various things that were very easy to resolve where I just needed verbal reassurance. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and thank you again for all the support in buying my first home!

    We would like to share our house move experience with Bates, Wells and Braithwaite Ipswich. Over an 18 month period BWB represented us with 2 house sales and a purchase. The company have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Some of our past experiences with Conveyancing solicitors have proved very frustrating - no replies to emails, no returned phone calls, constantly chasing for updates etc etc. This has not been the case with this organisation, they have been really on the ball and customer service and communication have been exemplary. Thanks to you all and we will certainly be recommending you to family, friends and colleagues.
