    I used Bates Wells and Braithwaite for conveyancing a property. We experienced a time delay with the process which was no fault of Bates Wells and Braithwaite but I was kept informed by email. My only suggestion would be a little more human contact ie phone calls to help de-stress what can be a very trying time. Overall a good job well done.
