Tom who did the initial call continually talked over me and didnt seem interested in listening to what I had to say. Still offered to take the case but on a very short deadline I would have had no control over. Paperwork when sent over was incorrect. I rang to confirm and was told someone would be in contact and they never bothered, simply sent over updated paperwork that was still incorrect with faulty clauses. You dont want a solicitor with such poor attention to detail never mind the rudeness or lack of contact. Avoid.
Angelia was appointed as my solicitor/caseworker, she's been with me since the very beginning of my employment tribunal journey. She has done remarkably well to advise me, represent me at the preliminary hearing and negotiate my out of court settlement. I followed Angelia's guidance and received an amount that was very close to what I was looking for. I'm grateful I didn't have to attend court, as it's been an emotionally difficult process for me to go through. I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to handle my case and I wish Angelia every success in becoming a fully qualified solicitor. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing problems with an ex or current employer.

I haver just come off the phone to Tom Clements who could not have been more friendly and helpful. His advice was swift and honest and, despite not being able to help in my 'messy' case, has given me some wise words as to which direction to head in. They took on my case for unfair dismissal and were professional and supportive the whole way though. My solicitor was a little hard to get hold of at times but overall they advised me we’ll, stood up for me and got a settlement agreed. Tom even called and sent me the settlement money at 18:30 on a Friday evening just before my partners birthday so that we were able to celebrate both his birthday and the win over the weekend. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely professional and incredible service from start to finish! Oliver handled my case and put me at ease to get what I was owed. Within a couple weeks the agreement was settled and received payment within a month after that. Would recommend their services to anyone!

It’s a very big decision to change solicitors after you have felt let down by your previous ones. I decided to go local this time and rang Clements Solicitors in Ipswich. I knew from my initial phone call they were, professional and compassionate regarding my case. I initially spoke to Tom and he was honest and upfront with me which is what I needed. Equechie worked so hard towards a tight deadline so I could keep my court date. She kept in touch with me so I would know every aspect of my case. Equechie supported me at court and Linka represented me. They were both very professional and I have to say they fought for me in court to get what I deserved. Thank you is not enough words to express how I felt and still feel. I highly recommend Tom and his team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
