AVOID-Inefficient, inaccurate and uncommunicative
Sorting probate on behalf of my Mother in law following death of stepfather in law (December 2024).This should have been straightforward but took over 1 year to complete approx May 2026!!). In the end, step father's family had to engage a second lawyer to complete the work( the latter doing most of the legwork in addressing both families needs). In this time, this firm were extremely difficult to engage with, almost impossible to talk to partner we “working” with. Office staff borderline rude and seemed to be fobbing off enquiries. When Letter/drafts arrived they were invariably grossly incorrect (wrong names, missing names inaccurate relationships, dates etc etc). Together by the end of the process we had utterly no confidence in this firm (relying on the input from the lawyers engaged by stepfathers family) . In summary, AVOID I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere!
