What can I say.
Professional kind and caring advice from start to finish through a very stressful lengthy process.
Zara initially handled my case then Paul took over and very kindly but assertive took my case even when I was at the point of giving up, he guided me through.
He delivered what was promised and I would not hesitate in recommending Prentice Family Law to anyone going through this difficult time.

I worked with Paul and Sarah at Prentice Family Law. My wife unexpectedly left the marriage. First, Paul listened to my needs, rather than try to persuade me to go forward with more protracted methods of financial disclosure. They were able to agree a draft finanncial consent order, between the two parites within 6 weeks. Paul and Sarah work so hard, beyond the normal hours of 9 to 5. Often Paul would answer questions in the evening and at weekends. I cant thank them enough for the attention they gave me, and for the peace of mind going forward.

I worked with Zara to get child custody of my daughter during the COVID lockdowns. Although Zara was available and often did her job well, I found she was not very clear at explaining the complexities of the legal system to me and I often ended up confused as to our approach.
I was also not particularly impressed with the barristers Zara brought on, one of whome had internet issues during the hearing, which went down badly with the judge. The second barrister was better but very expensive.

From my initial consultation with Paul through to the completion of my divorce, Paul was highly responsive, efficient and easy to work with. I felt confident at all times that he was on top of my case and that no stone would be left unturned. He is also extremely sensitive to cost and very transparent with billing which helped hugely with budgeting. I would highly recommend Prentice Family law.

This specialist family law firm was set up by Paul Prentice who has over 20 years’ experience in practicing family law. Paul was previously the senior partner in the Family Law department in firms in Kingston and Shepperton, but decided that he wanted to build a firm that specialised only in family law. Our firm is built around the client and their needs. We provide exceptional customer service which puts the client first at what is a difficult time. With this in mind Paul wanted to make things as convenient for the clients as possible, by offering appointments at times to suit the client.
