We recently got married and had our first child so felt it was time to organise our Will. Our circumstances were not straight forward as my wife is from Poland. We wanted to organise our Wills to include her family in Poland with her Polish assets to be distributed in a certain way. Louise & Helen was very thorough with their questioning which forced us to consider scenarios we previously hadn't considered. We are very satisfied with the outcome and now have the peace of mind that our Wills are structured correctly to cover all angles.

It pains me to write this review as I’ve had 2 incredibly different experiences. One for a will and one for my business for a commercial contract. My experience with Louise who wrote our personal Wills was brilliant, super efficient and did everything she said she would do on time and well. My second is for my business contract and dealing with Simon (partner of the firm). After an initial conversation I was filled with comfort especially as this firm came recommended by someone. This was then when things went wrong, I ended up chasing approximately 5 times over the space of several weeks with no response. After saying I would take my business else where I was then contacted by Simon who assured me this massive lack of communication wouldn’t happen again and was a misunderstanding internally. I agreed to try again after they offered a reduction in fees. I was sent some documents which I reviewed and replied to and then this is all I heard. I sent several emails, left multiple messages and also spoken to colleagues of his while in their offices asking them to get him to call me. I’ve heard absolutely nothing! Please be very careful handing over any money with this company unless you know who you are dealing with! It pains me to write this review but people also need to know what certain individuals (partners of the firm!) are actually like. Maybe I wasn’t big enough for them or they didn’t want my business but now have been left no choice but to go else where.
We've been very impressed with Louise Harris for doing a superb job with our estate planning. Using her expert services has made our life easier, and we highly recommend Louise.

I was very close to giving this a one star if it wasn’t for Fiona… We started dealing with Baldwin and Robinson back in August 2025 to buy our first ever property and at first it was going well. We were given Keury as our solicitor however we quickly realised the communication was very poor, the first property we wanted we had to ask 3 times to start the searches which took 3 weeks to start even though we told them to three times… I could go on and on but once we found the new property we wanted everything went quickly to start with, the searches were done quickly etc. But despite this we would never get an answer to when we could exchange … I kept having to call people on behalf of the solicitors in order to get things rolling… about three times I asked for updates where Keury said that she was waiting for responses from the sellers solicitors where in fact when the estate agents called the sellers solicitor to chase they had sent it days prior… this happened about 3 times and we made her very aware of the timeline we wanted for both us as buyers and the sellers but nothing happened and the date came closer and closer and nothing was being done… We then found out on the 26/01 that Keury had left the agency and we didn’t hear anything about it until then so it was a bit of a shock but we then got given Fiona as our new solicitor and it was a blessing in disguise and I cannot praise Fiona enough! She managed to pull everything together within the timeframe we wanted and the communication was excellent and she kept us updated throughout the process and despite the situation we managed to get the property with the help of Fiona! I don’t think we would have completed still if it wasn’t for her and Tiegan and Sarah to help as well so thank you for getting us our new home!!
