Kate provided extensive guidance and support for my child arrangements proceedings that lasted over a year. Her advice was always professional, and she dealt with all aspects of the case in a thorough and caring manner. I had a good experience with Maxine, and I'm happy with the outcomes of both my child arrangements order, and the financial order. Maxine was very approachable and kept me informed every step of the way. I struggle to speak sometimes but she really put me at ease and always replied to my emails. KT Family Solicitors were recommended to me and Im so pleased I used them to deal with my divorce and finances, Andrea guided me through each step explaining what would happen next, she was friendly and approachable, she offered clear advice and I received everything I had needed to re house myself and my children. KT Family Solicitors were great value for money, with fixed fees and I was able to pay into my client account monthly which made it affordable even on a low income. I would definitely recommend Andrea Ball and KT Family Solicitors.

I heard about the company on the radio, contacted them and Kate was assigned to my case.

Amazing firm, fantastic service.
I had a very difficult and sensitive case that needed to be dealt with. Unfortunately this took a lot longer than anticipated.

They was there for every single step of the way, assisting me within my proceedings.
Working out different options financially and talking me through every alternative avenue we could go down.

Thanks to KT family solicitors, we have just wasted crucial time waiting for a meeting never could even happen. After making initial contact 10 DAYS AGO,they done a conflict of interest check which came back ok. We then find out today (On the day of our meeting) there actually is a conflict of interest, as result we will not have time to discuss the case with a solicitor before the hearing.
Absolutely unprofessional. Would give a minus 10 star review if i could!

I used Maxine at KT solicitors and found her to be helpful, I got what I wanted in my child custody case and it worked out well before it even went to court. I commend her for her it.
Thatâs where the positive ended!
My partner is using Kim. Itâs clear from all correspondence that Kim is very inept at her job.
My partner has sent her every piece of information required for her case and Kim comes back with answers that clearly show sheâs not reading anything sheâs being sent.
Someone needs to realise that my partner is paying Kim not the other way around. I would ask the partners to ask why she isnât doing her job.
A friend of ours is going through a divorce and just canât think for the life of her why Kim is taking so long on her case.
My partner is distraught over Kimâs disgraceful handling of her case!
My advice is seek a professional and not Kim from KT
