From the very beginning, Sophie was absolutely amazing. She was honest and transparent with me from the outset, which I really valued, and I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. She explained things clearly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or that anything was a problem. What really stood out to me was how personable and approachable Sophie was. She built such a great rapport with me, and I always felt comfortable speaking openly with her. Going through a legal claim can be quite daunting, but Sophie made the whole process feel much easier and gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. She was professional, supportive, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable, but at the same time she never felt distant or impersonal. I genuinely felt like she cared about me as a person rather than just another case. I honestly don’t think there is anything Sophie could have done differently to improve my experience. She was fantastic from start to finish and is a real credit to JF Law.
