We recently completed a complex lease agreement, and I cannot recommend Jonathan Chung (Jon) highly enough. He was absolutely instrumental in ensuring this deal reached completion, especially after we encountered significant and frustrating delays from third parties. I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.

John recently led all legal aspects of a long term lease for Howorth Air Tech of brand new premises at Raven Locks in Salford, the lease of which is critical for Howorth to manufacture Pharmaceutical Equipment for the production of the most advanced life saving drugs for Cancer treatment. This proved to be an extremely challenging process but all the way through John Lomax was tenacious, focused and operated with the highest level of professionalism at all times. Through periods of extremely high stress for the Howorth team John's communications were second to none. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend John for anyone wishing to buy or rent premises.
