Top 10 of 3,582 law firms for Acting for Landlord & Tenant on All Types of Leases: Grant, Renewals, Assignments, Underlets and Surrenders, Commercial Property

Drafting of agreement went well. Pursing the landlordsagent for a reply tool longer that we feel it needed to albeit due to lack of effort by the landlord

Helpful, professional and friendly. The lease was quite long and drawn out due to the new tenants laid back attitude to paperwork. Debra and Josh persisted until all was correct and signed.

Chelsie has acted for me on quite a number of property transactions now and I have always found her to be incredibly professional, quick to respond, calm under pressure and very helpful at all turns throughout the various nuances of a property purchase or sale. I would highly recommend her and her colleague Paul Rayworth who has been equally helpful when standing in.

Customer service was great and promptly moved our property purchase (which had some complications).

Really great solicitors. Good communication, friendly staff and decent rates. Always available on the phone and fast responses to email. Numerous updates throughout purchase and sale. All in all, very happy with the service. Rachael & Mark

Lucy Ann Rhodes resolved a commercial lease issue with my landlord in a matter of days, after my previous solicitors had been unable to do so for months. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in her advice, and also kind and genuinely supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Have used this firm for many years, both in conveyancing and Wills etc. Very professional, good advice, approachable and friendly.
