We were recommended RFB by our mortgage broker for conveyancing on a re-mortgage, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Anna was professional, helpful, and incredibly efficient, completing everything within what I thought was a tight time frame set by the Building Society. She responded promptly to emails and, most importantly, was always available to speak on the phone — which made the whole process so much easier. Having worked with many solicitors over the years, we can confidently say that Anna was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience. Great communication. Good use of apps to make the data collection process easy.

I recently purchased two flats within the same block, along with the freehold and lease extensions, and Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was helpful, responsive, and incredibly informative, providing clear guidance at every stage. His advice was always professional and easy to understand, which made what could have been a complex transaction feel smooth and well-managed. Alex’s communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests in mind from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you again, Alex!

Callum was a pleasure to deal with and always listened to my questions d concerns and dealt with them promptly and successfully.

I have only wonderful things to say about Stephanie. I do not think I could have had a better conveyancer than her. Ever since the first email on getting started up until exchange, the communication, attention to details and overall care was second to none. As an anxious first time buyer, i knew what was happening at all times, emails were replied to within hours, if not minutes! Stephanie was patient, professional and made my experience as smooth as it could have been. When i was recommended this firm, i did not know what to expect, but Steph delivered a 5 star experience, ease of mind, friendly yet professional attitude, and was absolutely fantastic. I could tell Steph cares about her job, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone.

The team at Sabz solicitors specially Mr Saeed has been very helpful professional and proactive in dealing with our property Conveyancing service. Highly recommended

Hands down, Amber Brunton is the Best solicitor I have ever worked with. I had a Very difficult property purchase, with Extremely difficult and pedantic lenders And solicitors, either end of the transaction. The purchase was on the brink of falling through on several occasions and it was only Amber's determination, tenacity and professionalism that brought it back from the depths of utter failure, on atleast 3 occasions. She is Incredible and as my broker so aptly described her, "Worth her weight in Gold!" I have already recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so. I also look forward to working with Amber on many more projects going forward. Thankyou and kind regards.

Jackie and Marylin have been excellent throughout the sale and purchase of our properties. Communication was key for the smooth transaction of every step and I was reassured by their clarity and professionalism. I am pleased that BWK was recommended to us and I would certainly echo the recommendation.
