I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.

We recently completed our remortgage and purchase with Vursha Joye at Amphlett Lissimore, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. After a very stressful experience with our previous solicitors, Vursha stepped in and completely turned things around. From the moment she took over, the difference was night and day. Communication was clear, prompt and professional throughout. She was proactive, thorough, and always kept us informed at every stage. What really stood out was her efficiency and calm approach under pressure. She managed both our remortgage and purchase simultaneously, handled leasehold matters smoothly, and ensured everything progressed quickly towards exchange and completion. After months of frustration before instructing her, she restored our confidence in the process. If you are looking for a solicitor who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to getting the job done properly, Vursha is exactly that. Thank you again for all your hard work — we are extremely grateful.

Lucy Ann Rhodes resolved a commercial lease issue with my landlord in a matter of days, after my previous solicitors had been unable to do so for months. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in her advice, and also kind and genuinely supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The girls at Amicus Law helped to make our buying and selling process completely stress free and we would highly recommend them. Communication was fantastic throughout, with quick responses and updates frequently. Thank you so much.

We have dealt with Greg Humphries and the Team at Gardner Leader over several years. They are always professional, prompt and helpful.

Angharad and Edwina have done an amazing job with my remortgage. What started as a very stressful situation was made so much easier, very informative and very fast acting. Can't thankyou both enough.
