Kuldeep has helped us with our first commercial lease, he is professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Lucy Bradley and Charles Ling carried out a Renewal of a Lease for one of our properties. Throughout our dealings they were professional, efficient and approachable giving clear advice at all times which made the whole experience very straight forward. We will definitely be using Ronald Fletcher Baker again and would hope to engage with these Solicitors again

We were particularly impressed with Georgia’s dedication during this recent property sale. Taking the time to liaise with us after hours on a Friday night made a real difference in keeping the transaction on track. Her communication was clear, proactive, and highly professional throughout. It’s always a pleasure working with someone so committed, and we would highly recommend her services.

I recently purchased two flats within the same block, along with the freehold and lease extensions, and Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was helpful, responsive, and incredibly informative, providing clear guidance at every stage. His advice was always professional and easy to understand, which made what could have been a complex transaction feel smooth and well-managed. Alex’s communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests in mind from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you again, Alex!

Jessica has been excellent throughout my recent lease process. She was very professional and approachable. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated through each stage, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I’m grateful for her support and would recommend Jessica to anyone needing a reliable, knowledgeable solicitor.

I have only wonderful things to say about Stephanie. I do not think I could have had a better conveyancer than her. Ever since the first email on getting started up until exchange, the communication, attention to details and overall care was second to none. As an anxious first time buyer, i knew what was happening at all times, emails were replied to within hours, if not minutes! Stephanie was patient, professional and made my experience as smooth as it could have been. When i was recommended this firm, i did not know what to expect, but Steph delivered a 5 star experience, ease of mind, friendly yet professional attitude, and was absolutely fantastic. I could tell Steph cares about her job, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone.

The team at Sabz solicitors specially Mr Saeed has been very helpful professional and proactive in dealing with our property Conveyancing service. Highly recommended

Jackie and Marylin have been excellent throughout the sale and purchase of our properties. Communication was key for the smooth transaction of every step and I was reassured by their clarity and professionalism. I am pleased that BWK was recommended to us and I would certainly echo the recommendation.

I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.
