I have used Gemma for the conveyancing of my properties for the past 10 years, and throughout that time she has consistently provided an exceptional level of service. My experience working with her has always been extremely positive. Gemma is highly diligent, organised, and incredibly thorough in her work. She takes the time to ensure every detail is handled properly and always provides clear, practical advice throughout the process. Property transactions can often be stressful, but Gemma’s professionalism and calm approach make everything run as smoothly as possible. Her communication is one of her standout qualities. She keeps me fully informed at every stage, responds promptly to queries, and explains matters in a clear and straightforward way. This level of transparency and reliability has given me great confidence whenever I have instructed her. In fact, when Gemma moved from her previous firm to a new one, I did not hesitate to continue instructing her because of the trust I have built in her work over the years. I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional conveyancing solicitor who genuinely cares about providing excellent service to her clients.

The service from both Chloe and Megan was great. I have never know solicitors to actually answer the phone and I spoke to both Megan and Chloe multiple times! They were proactive, kept me informed throughout and communicated effectively with the sellers solicitors. Highly recommend, transparent fees, don’t have a bad word to say. Thanks very much.

Masie Clark was a pleasure to work with, she had lots of patience and a very friendly but professional manner. Always got back to you when contacted. Would highly recommend

Customer service was great and promptly moved our property purchase (which had some complications).

I have used this company for my Will, a few years ago, and recently for 3 personal property transactions. After poor experiences elsewhere, I really value the care and attention to detail and professional manner that I have experienced with Hewitts, Stockton. I would not go anywhere else now. Thank you.
