My purchase of the property was very stressful and convoluted to say the least, this was not down to Tina but to the sale of another property to fund this purchase, at times I was unfair in my email criticism towards Tina about the paperwork and legal requirements required to purchase, but throughout the process she maintained a very professional and informative approach and orchestrated the purchase on my behalf so that when the time come to exchange contracts it was very seamless. I would definitely use howells and Tina in any future conveyance I require, if I have one minor criticism it would be that when Tina is on holiday her emails are not picked up by anyone else which can be frustrating if your after an answer on something, but this did not affect the overall experience.

Very helpful and easy to talk to and understand, would definitely recommend, price was reasonable and I was made to feel at ease from word go

First time to use to purchase land. Will definitely use for further conveyancing and any other matters we require

All of our family has been using Ronald Fletcher Baker since we can remember, be it personal/business related transactions, starting with Shahd which without a doubt went above and beyond to help and carrying on with Londjana. Easy to reach and good communication, outstanding performance in terms of turn around time and just always amazes us with how much passion and dedication she puts in her work every day. It just sets an example of how conveyancing should be done!

We were particularly impressed with Georgia’s dedication during this recent property sale. Taking the time to liaise with us after hours on a Friday night made a real difference in keeping the transaction on track. Her communication was clear, proactive, and highly professional throughout. It’s always a pleasure working with someone so committed, and we would highly recommend her services.

We have just completed on a protracted sale involving both commercial and residential elements. Throughout this two year process the Atkins Dellow team have been patient and supportive. Offering professional advice and guidance in a timely and clear manner. Thank you

The process to get Equity Release on our property was a very professional and knowledgeable experience. The whole formalities took less time than we anticipated. We would certainly use Hansells Solicitors again and would recommend them to others. Thank you
