We were pleased to have Elliott's professional help following frustratingly lengthy and outstanding delays and uncertainties over an eight year old Overage Agreement, with building work no way near to being started. Elliott used his experience to carry out extensive and detailed work when writing to the Directors of the Development Company and working with ourselves. Elliott's expert input "fired a cannon" that had an immediate effect on the Development Company, who at last took action resulting in a fairly quick and satisfactory conclusion, for which we are very grateful.

Having gone through processes with solicitors in the past, you can often feel like you are irrelevant and they don’t care about your timescales and the pressure etc. Clare was fantastic from the word go. Her communication and explanation of the process was perfect and at no stage did we feel stressed even when things didn’t quite go as planned. I would highly recommend anyone going through a similar process to use Clare and should we be required to do anything in the near future, she will be our first choice. Thankyou!

A straightforward transaction but well handled by Emma Sharp and team - all went smoothly and the communication was good.

It was a delight to work with Henna on the sale of a property. She has been efficient, thorough, gave excellent advice and navigated us through the selling process, keeping us informed every step of the way. I can't speak highly enough of how well she managed the whole process for us. Thank you.

There was an urgent need for this conveyance to be processed swiftly. It was carried out to both my and my purchasers need to expedite this matter. It was done swiftly and made from perception on my side with alacrity. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be well under control and generated no stress at all. Plesant and professional.
