“I am here to thank Jessica Smith at Atkins Dellow in Sudbury/BSE for her support in completing the sale of our flat in London. For us, selling to the sitting tenant should have been a straightforward transaction. However, the purchaser did not have English as a first language, nor any idea about how the sale and purchase process operates. Ergo, they employed a representative to act on their behalf who was unreliable at best and obstructive at worst, and then solicitors whose responses and response times were equally unhelpful. I have experienced many property transactions as a buyer and seller, and worked as an Estate Agent, and never experienced a solicitor with such a highly developed customer service gene which has been much appreciated throughout this overly complex case, as has the wise counsel Jess provided at every twist and turn.
