I am here to thank Jessica Smith at Atkins Dellow in Sudbury/BSE for her support in completing the sale of our flat in London. For us, selling to the sitting tenant should have been a straightforward transaction. However, the purchaser did not have English as a first language, nor any idea about how the sale and purchase process operates. Ergo, they employed a representative to act on their behalf who was unreliable at best and obstructive at worst, and then solicitors whose responses and response times were equally unhelpful. I have experienced many property transactions as a buyer and seller, and worked as an Estate Agent, and never experienced a solicitor with such a highly developed customer service gene which has been much appreciated throughout this overly complex case, as has the wise counsel Jess provided at every twist and turn. Not all Solicitors are the same. The difference in standards, capability and also attitude towards their client is surprisingly wide it seems. MBH are definitely one of the best ones to use when selling or buying a property. I have used them twice now and have a third and final property to sell and I will be using them again for that sale.
