This would be the second time we have used Fisher Jones Greenwood solicitors & Lorraine King and her team. The service through the sale & purchase was spot from updates and dealing with any enquires raised through a timely & swift manor to ensure everything went smoothly. Any time we called & emailed to discuss the progress it was never too much hassle from Lorraine & her team. I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Never worked with a more determined, hardworking, and caring solicitor as Claire Cooper at Blacks she does everything she can to get my conveyancing over the line (even in the ridiculous timeframes I often require deals doing in) I would not use anybody else and highly recommend her especially and Blacks Solcitors

Carina and her team were fantastic from the beginning to the end of our purchase process. They were always replying promptly and were very proactive at getting us over the finish line. We’d definitely use them again for our next purchase.

Debra Hepplestall (and assistant Harriet) were absolutely brilliant dealing with a difficult commercial sale on a tight deadline. They were so professional but also friendly and helpful. I can't thank them enough.

Did a commerical auction property for me. Had conveyancers in past who don’t answer calls or never reply but Alice always answered calls and phoned back promptly . I’ve never actually worked with a team this good!

Dawn was a great help throughout the entire buying process, keeping me well informed throughout and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend!

What should have been a straightforward purchase was made difficult by the vendor's estate agents/vendor for various reasons. I'm grateful that our solicitors were able to help us as best as possible to a satisfactory completion.

Lucy Ann Rhodes resolved a commercial lease issue with my landlord in a matter of days, after my previous solicitors had been unable to do so for months. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in her advice, and also kind and genuinely supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Jane at the Longfield office of Martin Tolhurst, along with her team, were excellent - professional, knowledgeable and always helpful and available. Our sale had a few issues, partly due to HMLR having the wrong name on the Title Deed. Jane dealt with that issue as well as several others that removed barriers to our completion

I would highly recommend Tina, as first time buyers she made the whole process seem timeless and explained everything superbly.
