I cannot say enough good things about scullion law and someone in particular, Michael Stewart. Well what can I say? David was initially the duty solicitor on my brother’s case so it was a fortunate accident that we met. From first contact he was calm and reassuring. He made us see that it wasn’t as bad as it seemed and that he would help us every step of the way. He genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t driven by financial gain in the slightest. David went above and beyond to help my brother including taking calls at very unsociable hours and a-lot of traipsing about various locations across Lancashire. He was kind and mindful of our situation and never once made us feel like we were being judged. As for our outcome we decided to plead guilty to a lesser charge which was fully our decision, David informed us that whatever choice we make he would accept and defend us. Upon sentencing he was very vocal in ensuring that any punishment or obligations were negotiated to the lowest they could possibly be and had real presence in the courtroom . He has years of experience and it shows. Cant thank him enough from the bottom of my heart thank you David Scully for all you did for my brother.
