    “If our solicitor was in the office, communication and feedback was very good. However, when not available it was the opposite. We found that messages were (apparently) not passed on and non-communication extremely frustrating. However, our solicitor was excellent - very tenacious and patient when dealing with other party. The app was less than useful. After initial onboarding process (which was quite difficult to navigate) it was not updated, so couldn’t use it for progress updates, until completion- and then it showed the wrong date! Would recommend but with caveats. ”
