Resolution Accredited Specialist work covers high-level dispute avoidance and resolution across commercial and civil matters. A solicitor with this accreditation helps clients plan strategy, drafts and negotiates settlements, and coordinates mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings as appropriate. They draft pleadings, settlements, and consent orders, liaise with opposing parties, experts, and tribunals, and manage steps from initial disclosure to final enforcement. The role often hinges on complex factual matrices, tight deadlines, and the selection of the most effective dispute resolution path for the client.
