I struggle to find the vocabulary that encapsulates the remarkable essence of this Law Firm. After being poorly represented by a previous Law Firm at the hardest time in my life, I arranged a meeting with Grant Stephens Family Law. From the second I walked in I was treated as equally as important as everyone else and instantly made to feel part of a family that cares. The ease at which the whole team navigated the transition of the case seemed effortless. At every single stage I was kept informed and updated on every point regardless of magnitude. Every phone call and email was answered immediately and instantly actioned. The entire team accomodated my every request at a moments notice and didn't miss a beat. The team operated with an impressive mechanical efficiency where nothing was ever too much, even in a very time sensitive and demanding dynamic. A special mention to Grant Stephens and Nel Roberts who worked tirelessly and relentlessly, at weekends and evenings to ensure that everything ran like clockwork. Neither Grant nor Nel ever took a backward step, rather displayed an unwavering focus on constant progress. The breadth of legal process from courts to Barristers was taken care of and I never had to feel so much as a bar of pressure throughout. Without this team my family wouldn't have the future we've now been afforded. I truly am beyond grateful and I'll never forget how this team wonderfully changed my son's and my family's life. The lovely genuine team at Grant Stephens Family Law operate at an elite level in a time and space all of their own. The passion, service and professionalism is exceptional because they care.... and the warm family feel is a bonus gift all of its own!
