I wholeheartedly recommend Rob and his team, who work together seamlessly to support families, such as my own, around complex SEND and ECHP. Not only are they excellent in their field, they are empathetic to the stress on families and I am incredibly grateful to get to where we needed to be, before Tribunal. Whilst unfortunately this residential school wasn’t to be, I believe it is a stepping stone to getting what my son needs. We are not there yet, but knowing that Rob and his team are there to instruct again, when I need them going forwards, is massively encouraging, whilst I navigate the systems of education and social care. It is hopeful that the White Paper will go some way to pulling these together, but I fear we are a long way yet! Thank you, for making a difference to the lives of young people and their families, who without you would be stuck in a broken system.

Rob took over my son's tribunal for a residential school place at fairly short notice. He explained things clearly to me which prevented me making mistakes that could have damaged my case and was mindful of my tight budget. The huge difference in Rob's knowledge of my son's case, his preparation work for the hearing and his confidence and clarity when speaking was in stark contrast to the Authority legal representative.
