Resolved my visa application delay

My visa applications has been delayed for over three years since I first applied in the UK, due to IT issues from the Home Office. I submitted three applications in total and have been working with Sabina and Mehreen on chasing for a result.

They are very responsible solicitors and helped me to get a response from the home office, which was very difficult at the time because the HO ignored a lot of our communications. I appointed them to submit my last application in Nov 2023, it was quite urgent and they completed the submission promptly. This application was also delayed for 5 months and we submitted a pre-action protocol to chase for the result. After just over two weeks of PAP submission, my visa application was approved. It is such a relief that I finally got my visa after three years of waiting and I very much appreciate Sabina and Mehreen's hard work on my case. Thank you very much.

Throughout my immigration protection case, I have had nothing but the nicest experiences working with Sabina and Arooj. They are very professional, competent, and self-assured solicitor. My Son’s passport

I really appreciated that Sabina and Arooj’s help with my son’s passport.
They always keep me updated with the process. When there’s some problem in the middle that Arooj will act very quickily and I can even contact her after working hours. They both tried their best to help my son to get his passport as soon as possible. They are passionate, responsible and professional with what they doing. Good new that my son got his passport before Christmas and we finally can plan for a family visit! Thank you.

I have just submitted a further case using Sabina and Arooj, the first was for a fiancé visa and following on from this a spouse visa application was submitted. Both handled the case with utmost professionalism and gave a person centred service. Sabina has a a wealth of knowledge and experience which is transparent in the way in which the case was presented, and went over and beyond with writing the cover letter with professionalism covering all aspects of the case and legal requirements without a shadow of doubt. Arooj personally took care of the case and went out of her way to
Work around my time table communicated via mobile and email and also checked in out of hours because of my personal urgency. This was quite possibly the most stressful and testing time me and my husband went through together, and we were really lucky to be supported by both Sabina and Arooj, I cannot thank them enough.
