All staff were exceptional and everything was quick and very easy. Ciara restired my faith in solicitors. I only wish more had her professionalism and the client at the heart. She gave me all the options and allowed me to make my own decisions with no pressure based on her advice. I can't recomend her enough.

Jack: Jack was brilliant, he answered all of my initial questions,, he was very thorough with gathering all information for the case in a non judgemental professional manner, he replied to any emails quickly. My hearing was on Monday, Jack gave me a courtesy call before leaving the office on Friday evening to let me know what court room I would be in and what time it was listed for which I thought was a really nice thing to do. He let me know he wa sin the office from 9am on the Monday morning if I had any last minute questions or worries I could reach out to him, which again was a lovely thing to do it really showed this company care about their clients. Jack really made me feel like I would be in good hands. No matter how many questions I asked nothing was ever too much for him. He was helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Philip: Philip was the solicitor representing me- he was absolutely fantastic! I cannot express how much he eased my nerves and how understanding he was. He made me feel heard, relaxed and above all like I was a person not just a number. Philip really knows his stuff, and his professionalism cannot be faulted. On top of all of that Philip is also a really lovely guy. I cannot fault Philip at all, he was kind, polite, understanding, professional, full of knowledge, and kept me informed of what to expect for every step of the day during the day. I highly recommend these. As mentioned I cannot fault them at all. Thanks to these I escaped a driving disqualification and still have my license. These are definitely the people to go.
