Top 10 of 44 law firms for Children Act proceedings, Family Law | Southwark, London

Law firms ranked by client reviews

Children Act proceedings cover how courts decide parental responsibility, residence, contact and safeguarding for children when families face separation, disagreement or risk. A solicitor guides the client through applications under the Children Act 1989, prepares statements, disclosures and witness evidence, negotiates orders such as residence or contact, applies for child arrangements orders, and represents the client at court hearings. The work often involves coordinating with social services, hospital or school staff, and ensuring the child’s welfare remains the court’s central concern.

Carole Hack

Tagged solicitor Carole Hack

The service I have received has at all times been professional, informative and extremely helpful. Carole has been such an incredible support throughout an extremely challenging time and I would not have got through the ordeal of family courts, without her knowledge, support and willingness to help. Along with her assistant Yvette, Carole has always been responsive and provided help when I have requested it. On a side note, the barrister that provided representation at hearings, Michael Hayes, was also fantastic. Professional, clear and concise so I was never left in any doubt about how proceedings were to work. I cannot thank Carole and her team enough for their service. The words thank you do not seem enough. I will be eternally grateful for the support I have received.
