Best Buying & Selling Homes Solicitors in Hyde Park

“Georgina did a fantastic job for me, always on the ball, proactive, thorough and professional and worked hard to drive the process forward whilst protecting my interests at all times. This was the second time Georgina has done conveyancing for me and the next time I need conveyancing I will seek her services again. Breath of fresh air after other experiences with different conveyancers.”

“We recently used the team for both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home, with Xhesika handling our sale, Nicola handling our purchase, and Jasmine assisting with completion and the final stages. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Our sale was far from straightforward. However, Xhesika and Nicola were incredibly persistent and proactive in keeping things moving and doing everything they could to push the transaction towards exchange and completion. They consistently went above and beyond, chased matters when necessary, and never made us feel like we were just another case on a conveyancing pipeline. Communication was exceptional throughout. They were extremely responsive to emails, kept us informed at every stage and, importantly, explained things clearly whenever we weren't sure what was happening. Buying and selling a property can be incredibly stressful and confusing, but they made the legal side of the process feel understandable and manageable. Even when things became particularly frustrating, they remained professional, patient, kind and approachable. We always felt that they were genuinely invested in getting us to the finish line. Jasmine was also fantastic in dealing with completion day and the matters that followed, ensuring everything was dealt with efficiently and keeping us updated. I've used solicitors before, but I can honestly say that Xhesika and Nicola were outstanding and by far the best solicitors I've dealt with. They were actually recommended to us, and I'm so glad we took that recommendation. A huge thank you to Xhesika, Nicola, Jasmine and the wider team for all of your hard work, patience and dedication. You made a challenging transaction considerably easier, and we are incredibly grateful. We would absolutely use them again and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to friends, family or anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.”

“I would like to mention Kavitha Rajah specially. She has been outstanding at a profesional level and also, and just as important, at a personal level, showing empathy and understanding. . She has been there for me from the start, calming me down when things got really difficult with the sale of the house and promissing me her full commitment to sell it, despite all the difficulties presenting themselves at the time.”

“I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.”
