She has remained incredibly helpful and clear with her communication. The team that work closely with her were also consistently professional and quick to respond. We always felt in the loop with the entire process. Also, Amy is really kind. She is one of the very few professions who can certify marriage certificates and was so happy to organise and rearrange her diary to accommodate me.
