Hayley and I are currently going through a Help to Buy redemption alongside our remortgage. There was quite a lot to get sorted at the beginning and we were working towards a tight deadline, so we were expecting it to be stressful. Honestly, Dawn has been great. She explained exactly what she needed from us, always came back quickly whenever we had a question and kept our mortgage provider updated as well. We never felt like we were being left wondering what was happening or having to chase people. We really appreciate everything Dawn has done for us so far. She has made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting, and we’re very glad to have her and the team dealing with it.
