Because of the way they are a large and well established firm, there were never any disruptions to the process of sorting our house sale or new purchase. The whole process was, in fact, extremely fast. The Hay & Kilner team kept us informed every step of the way and they were thoughtful and quick in doing so. It would would absolutely be fair to describe them as meeting or even exceeding the gold standard for conveyancing solicitors.
