Conveyancing in England covers the legal work to buy or sell a home, from drafting and reviewing the contract of sale to liaising with the seller, buyer, lender, and the land registry. A solicitor checks titles, conducts property searches, drafts the transfer deed, handles stamp duty land tax considerations, and ensures registration of the new owner at HM Land Registry, safeguarding the client’s interests throughout the process.

“Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.”

“I would leave 10 stars if I could , after being let down by O’Neil & Patient in Stockport ( terrible company by the way ) because they only complete dual representation and told me at a very late stage and could not continue with the process. I had to find a new solicitor quick. On first contacting Farleys , Graeme took on my case on buying our new property and moved quick regarding every aspect of this. From Contact with all the other solicitors and the estate agents and the lending company. Farleys unlike other Conveyancing solicitors treat you like an individual rather than a statistic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.”
