Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. I dealt with Harry and Peter who were both brilliant! We ended up buying two houses and applied for three mortgages in the end, so as you can imagine lots of work for them to do between July and January and they were always great at getting back to us promptly. They helped me with any queries or problems and gave me great advice. They was so good towards the end, as we had a dead line for the 14th of January and even know we had Xmas and loads of bank holidays they got us into our house on time! I had a really bad Experience with the solicitors, when we purchased our previous 2 houses! so really didn’t have any confidence in solicitors! especially them being so far away and not being able just to pop into see them! Everything was done over the phone and online! Which I am really not an expert with but they made it easy! as I said they would always help me in any way needed! We Especially Want to say thank you to Harry Coombe, as by the end he must of been been sick of my voice …. but always was so pleasant and made me feel at ease. I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.
