Sam was fantastic and drove our house purchase forward brilliantly. He always answered our emails or phone calls quickly and we felt positive and confident throughout the process. Thank you!

We've just finished purchasing a property and Slater Heelis, David & Zara have been great throughout. Despite the lockdown they were fantastic at keeping in touch and moving things along despite delays from the sellers, furloughs and the property market slowing down. They always answered my questions quickly and were friendly and helpful throughout.

They handled 2 conveyancing cases and both times they were communicating well, fast acting and clear in their answers. They have been patient with me as I tend to be exacting and critical. I will definitely use them again and would heartily recommend them.

We buying our first dream house and through out the whole process she Helping us lots and even we are not understanding some process she gonna explain everything very nicely.

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Scullion and in particular, Conor, did in processing my mortgage and change of title deeds which all needed to be completed in less than 3 weeks. Super conscientious, true to their word, rapid responses, which is the key, made it an almost enjoyable experience, although buying a house can be stressful. There’s no waiting and wondering whether something has been done. Also Conor really did go the extra mile to look after my best interests and make me aware of things they were not comfortable with. Genuinely it was brilliant. I will use them for any other house buying in the future as will anyone I can tell. I never leave a review but on this occasion I wanted to as it makes a difficult time as relaxed as it can be. Thanks conor, appreciate all the hard work, I didn’t make it easy for you!

We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!

Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you

Have worked with Easthams for many years now and Debra Hepplesall is always the consummate professional with nothing being to much trouble. I would highly recommend Easthams if you are planning either purchasing or selling a property whether it be commercial or residential

Not a straightforward process due to difficult participants in the chain but Samantha Millington and team from Slee Blackwell Solicitors came up with the results. Particular thanks to Rosie Martin and the unseen workers behind the scene.
