I used SME to purchase my first home with my partner and overall had the best experience, especially as first time buyers. Eoin really helped us and got us through the process very quickly! Would definitely be returning to use SME as our solicitors in the future!

I couldn't rate them high enough from beginning to end they were all great to work with Efficient Reliable Friendly. Especially MEGAN CALLAN who went above and beyond to get my case resolved. Always available for anything I needed to ask MEGAN CALLAN is the sort of Solicitor you want on your Team . Couldn't praise her work more.

Lea gave us an exemplary level of service at a reasonable fee level. We would unreservedly recommend her.

Couldn’t recommend them enough. I don’t have 1 negative thing to say. Gareth was so helpful throughout the whole process. I found everybody responsive and informative. I can’t thank Gareth, Danielle and Max enough for their help while buying my first house. I have recommended them to everyone. All the horror stories you hear about solicitors during this process couldn’t be the furthest from my experience.

I used Foys as l was purchasing a house. The service l received from the start was impeccable. This was the first time in buying a property & this was made easier by Foys in particular Roger Colphon. His professionalism knowledge & patience has made this an excellent experience. Thank you Foys & thank you Roger for walking me through this experience & making it seem effortless. I would definitely recommend Foys to all future house buyers😊
