I had experience of napthens 5 years ago and they represented the seller of the apartment i was buying found them very efficient at all levels compared too my solicitors. Iam now using them do the conveyancing on my property they have communicated by email and phone calls in the few weeks of me buying and selling. Their service so far is second too none with getting things done making things simple and easy. The whole process is not complete yet but I have full faith everything will be completed on time and with efficency and if their is an issue they will let me know ASAP. I like the fact that their is a dedicated team working on my behalf and I can pick up the phone and deal with the relevant people instantly. Well done napthens so far so good.I have had many dealing with solicitors over a 30 year period theese so far have simply been thee best. Napthens are not the cheapest or most expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Once everything is completed I will do another review of the whole process and im sure it will be top notch, watch this space!.

Sally and Greg have now overseen the sale and purchase of two separate properties for me now. Both experiences have been smooth and stress-free. Communication has always been prompt and clear, as has any assistance I've needed with paperwork. I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them for my next move.

Seamlessly perfect. From start to finish the communication and professionalism was second to none. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Nadya and Demi throughout my house purchase and they were both fantastic. I dealt with a different firm whilst selling my property last year and it was beyond stressful. This time around, using Napthens, it was a breeze. If you are looking for a conveyancer who cares about their clients and goes above and beyond, then these guys are the one for you! Thank you so much Nads and Demi! You are both amazing!
Thank you, Jonathan, for your lovely review! Nadya and Demi will be delighted to hear your kind comments.
Nadya and the team at Napthens are amazing! The level of service they provide is second to none. All of their processes are really quick, streamlined and the whole service from start to finish feels really personal. They respond almost instantly to any emails and always keep you in the loop, I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you 😊

We were helped by Sally with the Sale and Purchase of our properties. Sally was diligent, responsive, caring and super tenacious with the other solicitors involved. She made us feel like she truly cared about the speediness of the Sale and related Purchase. For what is supposed to be a stressful process, Sally couldn’t have made it less so. I’d highly recommend this solicitors and in particular, Sally.

Thank you so much Jade for the kind words! We really appreciate it.
We recently used Napthens Solicitors and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the beginning, everything was clear and transparent, thanks to Kelly and Lois who were always approachable and quick to respond to our emails. We were kept updated throughout the entire process, which made it much less stressful. We felt supported from start to finish and would highly recommend Napthens Solicitors especially Kelly Abraham. Thank you

Hi Olivia, thank you for your kind words and recommendation. We're delighted to hear that Kelly and Lois made the process clear, stress-free and well supported throughout. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the team!
Honestly, I can’t fault Napthens throughout the entire process of buying our first home. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, and were always knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions we had. A huge thank you to Gareth and Max for being so friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and supported every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Napthens highly enough. They truly prove that the common stigma surrounding solicitors couldn’t be further from the truth. Thank you both for helping make our first home possible!
