Exceptional service from Bronte at Rawlins Davy Reeves. Bronte remained an anchor through the whole process, diligently keeping me informed every step of the way, and promptly dealing with all enquiries in a timely manner. As a first time buyer I particularly appreciated her patience and expertise answering my questions, and tenacity to get the job done as quickly as possible.

Suzanne worked extremely quickly to bring my dispute to an end. Can t thank her enough. Would highly recommend.

Harvey West and Heather Burgess have been outstanding in assisting us with selling a flat that needed a lease drawn up. If we emailed we were given a reply, sounds simple....but it means you know where you are and what needs to be done etc etc. It kept us relaxed when it was not straight forward.. they could also think outside of 'the box'. If our buyers conveyancer did not have the qualifications to convey a new lease just imagine how hard it is to write one !

Very happy with the service as a first time buyer. Was impressed by the service and speed of responses.

We used Claire from LDJ solicitors to buy our first house and she was fabulous! We had heard lots of horror stories about having to wait for and chase solicitors during the house buying process but this was the opposite. We never had to chase anything, Claire was on the ball right from the start and kept us updated throughout. She always responded to emails within the hour and the whole process for us took less than 3 months. I would 100% recommend and will be using them again

I was able to leave the whole thing in the trusted hands of Kelli and she did not let me down. I will be passing her on to many of my friends and relatives.
