“Prior to buying my first house this year, I’d never hired a solicitor and so I was a bit nervous about committing to something that serious and binding! As I’d worked with a lot of law firms, I also knew that standards could vary a lot, so I made sure to call different conveyancers to get a feel for them and to obtain multiple quotes. Graeme’s was exactly in the middle of those I received. I decided to go for it as he came across as the most approachable, genuine and solid. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts as thanks to him and his team the process went without a hitch. Importantly, the final price came in at exactly what I was expecting and they didn’t add on any extra fees.
