“Mason did an excellent job preparing the legal documents for a Section 21 claim that turned into a long, drawn-out process due to the tenant. Throughout, he remained thorough, organised, and proactive, ensuring every document was accurate and submitted on time. His attention to detail and clear understanding of the legal requirements made a stressful situation much easier to manage. His communication was clear at every stage, and he was always quick to respond to queries. Mason also attended court with me, and having him there alongside the barrister was extremely beneficial in helping me understand what was happening on the day and what the next steps would be. Overall, Mason’s professionalism and commitment were outstanding, and his work significantly contributed to the successful outcome of this case. I would highly recommend his support to anyone dealing with a similar matter.”
