Top 10 of 4,694 law firms for Lease Problems and Extensions, Housing & Property

We were fully kept informed along the way of everything that was happening. Mandy was always helpful and spent time explaining everything. Your service fitted everything we needed for our house sale.

Excellenr service during the remortgage of our home. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish.

We have used Feakes & Co for various legal matters. We have found them to be professional, efficient and supportive. Most recently the firm handled conveyancing for the sale of a property. The team worked really hard in all aspects of the job and were 100% commited to get the sale across the line and meet our deadline. We are very grateful.

Well I say three months but it was actually under! This was from our house being advertised on the market to selling and stepping foot in our new home. Less than 3 months! Everyone kept saying to me ... Wow this has happened quick! It has and I'm giving full credit to the wonderful work of frodshams, in particular India! India has been with us from the very beginning and communication and support throughout any challenges that came up were exceptional. She explained things so we understood, she explained any risks or concerns and she also very fairly managed our expectations. Did I think we would get this done in this time.... No way! And at some points there were concerns that other parties may not. India took it upon herself to link in with all people in the chain to keep things moving, even on the day of the move she was calling to ensure all monies had transferred and we would get into the new property asap! She's considered us and our young family throughout all of this. Duringal a rather stressful and busy period, she was a calm steady head whom helped to keep me straight too. She felt in these moments that not only was she my solicitor but she became a friend I could talk to and sound things out regarding the move. I couldn't recommend frodshams or India anymore. I'll be forever grateful that she helped us start our new chapter in our beautiful home. Although I don't plan to move again anytime soon, I will still be purchasing property through our other business and will continuing to use frodshams for all dealings in this space. This is a true best in class service. Thank you so much!

I have had a very positive experience with Burys Solicitors. Virtually stress free and Heather was very professional!! Thank you!!
