I explained to Nathalie this was my first home purchase and she was friendly and supportive from the beginning of the process. Excellent communication, approachable, her responses were super fast and I was kept up to date with any updates straight away. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for anyone purchasing a home. Nathalie and team, thank you SO much for helping me with my first home purchase!

We have used Leona several times over the years for conveyancing and to draw up contracts. When we first met her several years ago, she was a trainee whose talent, work ethic and attention to detail was remarkable. We recently had a house to sell so we tracked Leona down to secure her amazing services for conveyancing. As always, she did not disappoint and the process was smooth and efficient. Leona is a very impressive legal professional but aside from her tremendous skill and knowledge, it's her warm personality and friendly manner that makes her such a pleasure to work with. We are not surprised that she recently won 'Lawyer of the Year' - very well deserved in our view.

From the very start, Lara has been supportive, very quick and clear with communications and has gone above and beyond to get things sorted in what were not straightforward transactions. We are very grateful we were recommended to Cozens-Hardy and would highly recommend them to others. A fantastic service!

From the outset, communications were efficient, everything explained and the process was followed up with diligence and efficiency. We liked the mix of comms styles both through email and by phone.
