Conducted our legal contract for our remortgage... Excellent and friendly service throughout the whole process . Ellie Oddy was the one who did everything for us and she was exceptional in every way... Handled everything so professionally.. and took time to explain everything thing to us and sometimes more than once. . Can't thank her and lawfix enough

One of the very best conveyancing firm there is around Shropshire hands down. Have used Donn & Co few times now, and would highly recommend Melissa & Sharon and their team in Newport. Their online portal to submit and download documents are very easy to use, and their communications are always prompt and honest. My recent dealings included lack of communication from my buyer's solicitor (who was extremely difficult to work with) which has caused various extra work unfortunately, however Melissa and her team has successfully brought the conveyancing to the completion. As a result we have been able to secure our dream home, and in the school catchment we wanted to secure our children's future. Thank you very much! 🙏

Good timely communication. I didn’t need to chase them up as they had everything in hand. Helpful and friendly. This is the third time we have used Eve Lake in the past 8 years. Lisa Farrell, Senior Legal Assistant was excellent.

I explained to Nathalie this was my first home purchase and she was friendly and supportive from the beginning of the process.
