Cerys Adcock what more can I say but a massive thank you in our long journey with sale of property. From start to finish you've exceeded above and beyond I truly can't thank you enough

Not a straightforward process due to difficult participants in the chain but Samantha Millington and team from Slee Blackwell Solicitors came up with the results. Particular thanks to Rosie Martin and the unseen workers behind the scene.

Lisa was so friendly and always returned my calls, her patience and attention to detail were excellent.

A thorough and professional service. The solicitor understood exactly what was needed and prepared a clear Deed of Variation that could be acted on by the executors. It took longer than the estimated 10 days, largely due to the unavoidable delays due to the long use of the paper post system.

I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I will continue to keep recommending Gepp as the best solicitors to deal with! Huge thanks yet again Brilliant Bakshi!!

I received excellent conveyancing service by Farhani Faylors Solicitors during the recent sale of my home. I particularly want to commend Tahir Nawaz, my property solicitor. His clear, professional guidance and proactive approach made a potentially stressful process remarkably smooth. Tahir Nawaz provided prompt updates and invaluable suggestions, ensuring both a successful sale and my future protection. His excellent coordination and constant communication significantly reduced my stress. I wholeheartedly recommend Farhani Faylors Solicitors for their efficiency, clear communication, and reliable professional service.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic job Scullion and in particular, Conor, did in processing my mortgage and change of title deeds which all needed to be completed in less than 3 weeks. Super conscientious, true to their word, rapid responses, which is the key, made it an almost enjoyable experience, although buying a house can be stressful. There’s no waiting and wondering whether something has been done. Also Conor really did go the extra mile to look after my best interests and make me aware of things they were not comfortable with. Genuinely it was brilliant. I will use them for any other house buying in the future as will anyone I can tell. I never leave a review but on this occasion I wanted to as it makes a difficult time as relaxed as it can be. Thanks conor, appreciate all the hard work, I didn’t make it easy for you!

We used Carlota Payne of Setfords for simultaneous house sale and purchase and she was excellent - always very prompt at replying to queries and acting on moving things forward. From having a complete chain to completion took 12-13 weeks. Thank you, Carlota!
