I used Martin Tolhurst for conveyancing purposes. Jane Williams was exceptionally helpful and always listened if I had any queries. All the Staff were friendly and responded to my emails very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

His approach was accessible, transparent and highly efficient throughout, and his thoughtful approach helped us to navigate a particularly complex house purchase. We are full of gratitude.

Great experience, would never look anywhere else to complete on a property purchase. Pardeep and Estella were absolutely great throughout the whole process. Will be recommending to all my network.

Jo and Diane were always very polite, helpful and friendly and always responded to my calls promptly. The firm is very very professional and trustworthy.

I cannot recommend Billy highly enough. I came to him at a very stressful time, with a tenant who had built up significant rent arrears, and from the very beginning he was incredibly efficient, professional and reassuring. Billy explained everything clearly and made sure the correct notices were issued. He guided me through the whole process and took away so much of the stress and worry. I always felt that I was in safe and capable hands. Billy also has a great team around him, who were equally helpful and efficient, making the whole experience feel well managed from start to finish. Most importantly, it was mission accomplished! An agreement was reached, and the tenant is now fully paid up to date. A huge thank you to Billy and his team. I’m extremely grateful for all their help and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
