Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service.
