I had a recommendation to use BW Solicitor to selling my flat and I’m really pleased with the service what I got. Bilal been always available for any questions, very professional, updated us during the process and do his best to make transition smooth. He is reliable and offers his service for a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Working in the industry as an agent, we are forever looking for great lawyers, and I have just had the pleasure of working with Hassan and Felicity on the sale of a property in Winchester. From receipt of the full draft contract pack to the exchange, there were only 15 working days. Hassan has been quick, friendly and professional in all aspects of this transaction, and this was by now means an easy one (a management company was involved too!) - Many thanks for acting on the sale and navigating the process so swiftly and effectively. Hopefully more like this to come, and we look forward to working together soon. Best wishes Rob @ Savills Winchester

We couldn't recommend Katrina highly enough. She has been such an incredible support to our small residential management company and has helped us with all aspects of our legal matters. Katrina has assisted us with important documents and deeds, as well as guiding us through the legal requirements concerning the management company when properties are bought and sold. She has also managed the legal communication between buyers'' and sellers' solicitors in relation to matters concerning the management company. Katrina is always extremely prompt in responding, provides clear and detailed feedback, and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and she has given us great confidence when dealing with matters that can otherwise feel complicated and overwhelming. We would honestly be lost without Katrina's expertise and support. She has become an invaluable part of ensuring everything is handled correctly and efficiently, and we are extremely grateful for all her hard work. A truly outstanding solicitor and a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Katrina to anyone looking for knowledgeable, responsive and reliable legal support.

Karen and her team took us through a very complicated sale and purchase of our home. When the need occured telephoneccommunication was excellent. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

A tricky process due to a poor managing agent and the purchaser’s solicitors inexperience. Matthew navigated the path to a successful conclusion
