Very efficient, professional experience. Clearly explained to right path forward to achieve the alterations we need in a complex situation. We would have no hesitation in using Matthew and BP Collins again

Tracey Parsons We chose Tracey to be our solicitor after she was highly recommended to us. We had offered on a house extremely close to the stamp duty holiday cut off. There was only 8 working days left until the stamp duty holiday ended. We asked if she would be able to complete our house buying transaction in 8 working days as the saving would make a huge difference to us and enable us to complete work in our new house that we needed to do. This did not phase Tracey and she said that she thought that she would be to do this. Tracey was extremely hardworking, efficient, highly competent and thorough with a lovely manner. Her communication was outstanding at all times throughout the whole process and she kept us updated at all times with anything going on and she gave us extremely quick replies to any emails that I sent. She was friendly, clear, dedicated and we thought the job she provided for us was to a very high standard. To be able to complete our purchase to such a high standard in such a short time frame was outstanding. In the end it was completed in 7 working days. What an achievement! She is a complete asset to Aldridge and Brownlee. We would highly recommend her to absolutely everyone. You will not find a better solicitor. We are so happy that she undertook the challenge and now we have our dream family home thanks to her sheer hard work and determination. Emma and Leon Spurway

I recommend their services 100%. They know what they are doing . I can not fault them on anything. Professional, personal and caring. Best solicitor in the Bedfordshire area. I will recommend. Bushra and Sobiah were amazing. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with Sabz Solicitors during my property purchase. Saeed Ahmed was always available to help and support throughout the process. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth. They were always available, responded quickly to emails and queries, and kept me updated throughout. Their communication was clear and they were happy to explain anything I wasn’t sure about. I really appreciated their efficiency, dedication, and customer service. I would highly recommend Sabz Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive conveyancing solicitor. Thank you for your support in helping me complete my purchase.

Excellent. As this was our first house purchase we weren't sure what to expect from the process. We were recommended to use Farleys and we are glad we did. The process although new to us was explained clearly, with excellent communication throughout. I would particularly recommend the work of Graeme Booth and his team who were proactive in ensuring that we were always ready for the next step which no doubt contributed to the quick completion. We would certainly recommend Farleys Solicitors.

I would like to express my thanks to Andrew and the team at Hegarty LLP Solicitors for all of your help with everything and for the excellent service you have all provided throughout the time it has taken to complete the sale of my mother's property.

Gemma has been my conveyancing solicitor at Hansell's for a number of years and has handled several transactions for me. Always honest, reliable and terrific at what she does. Highly recommended!

Ada assisted us with a number of property related issues, including covenants. She was very helpful and gave great advice that moved the situation forward without any further legal implications. Highly recommended.

We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team. If I telephones someone was always available and replies to all my emails were quick. I was kept informed of the status of the sale at all times. Many thanks.
