Working in the industry as an agent, we are forever looking for great lawyers, and I have just had the pleasure of working with Hassan and Felicity on the sale of a property in Winchester. From receipt of the full draft contract pack to the exchange, there were only 15 working days. Hassan has been quick, friendly and professional in all aspects of this transaction, and this was by now means an easy one (a management company was involved too!) - Many thanks for acting on the sale and navigating the process so swiftly and effectively. Hopefully more like this to come, and we look forward to working together soon. Best wishes Rob @ Savills Winchester

I am a director for our management company and we’ve had some legal matters that we’ve had to deal with. Katrina’s knowledge about these matters has been invaluable; she’s raised things we didn’t even think to ask. She’s has been absolutely brilliant in her advice and guidance with how to address each issue. She’s incredibly responsive and helpful. Katrina’s advice is clear and easy to understand. We are in a much better position now that we have these procedures in place, all thanks to Katrina. We’d be very lost without her. At our recent AGM, all residents expressed their thanks for all her hard work. We look forward to working with Katrina for many years to come.

We had several unexpected issues regarding the sale of our property, the most deifficult of which related to a management company and the original developer, plus a buyer who needed to get in early. Charles was able to come up with a solution that was agreeable for all parties and was tenacious in dealing with the legal representatives of the management company and developer, escalating when it became necessary. It really felt like we had the best person on our side fighting for the optimal outcome for us. Charles really went above and beyond expectations and we will definitely use him for all future property transactions. 100% recommended with no hesitations!
