Top 10 of 4,693 law firms for Search Property to Buy, Housing & Property

I will shout from the rooftops at how brilliant this firm is, not once have I had to chase them up! as a first time buyer from Newcastle I’ve had a few bad experience with mortgage advisors in Newcastle, until I found a absolute gem, called Armenal Dodds, who’s from Sunderland and then this firm was recommended by family. I’m originally from Sunderland so I trust Sunderland people more to get the job right. They have been so quick to do everything, the searches etc. I’ve heard horror stories that it takes months and months to buy a house but for me it’s only been just about 3 months! Rebecca Downey and Jackie Rutherford are absolutely brilliant. Rebecca has been such a gem and also the receptionist I love her cheery demeanor whenever I ring, and she’s always said my name right which I really appreciate. I love this firm and no doubt I will use them again and will 100% recommend them.

Purchased a property via Sadie. Their online portal made uploading all the required documents an extremely easy process. Sadie had great communication via email and was proactive during the searches. Thank you for everything Sadie!

I appointed Natalie O'Donohue and Maxwell Hodge for some conveyancing. The whole process, from start to finish, was first class. Fast, efficient, and Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend.
